About the Role
ECCO is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Third Keyholder to join its retail team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this position, you will help deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the store’s commercial performance and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the Store Manager with merchandise and inventory oversight, help maintain smooth operational and administrative processes, and contribute to the training, coaching, and development of store team members.
You will also help ensure company policies and procedures are followed, support goal-setting and team motivation, and keep relevant information flowing clearly between management and staff.
As a representative of the ECCO brand, you’ll use sound judgment to address customer service concerns, model effective selling behaviors, and help uphold the brand’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability.

To succeed in this position, you should bring strong communication skills, the ability to set priorities, excellent organization, and a disciplined approach to follow-up. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative retail environment are also important.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is competitive and depends on relevant experience and skills. You may also be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus tied to store results and job level.
