Role Overview
This full-time onsite position in Thane, Maharashtra is focused on driving operational excellence across policy issuance, reporting, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service-level commitments and ensure policies are issued within the required timelines.
- Handle bank-related reporting and maintain accurate MIS records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, support clarifications, and help close observations.
- Monitor and reduce leakage through timely management of freelook cases and cancellations.
- Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency-building initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior exposure to policy issuance, MIS preparation, audit handling, or bank coordination is preferred.
Skills Required
- Solid understanding of operations and SLA-driven work.
- Strong analytical ability with good MIS and Excel handling skills.
- Clear communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on improving processes.
- Ability to work within deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
