Role Overview

Alkimii is hiring a Training & Implementation Executive to support new customers as they roll out and begin using the platform. • Assist with setting up the Alkimii platform for new customers in Ireland and the UK
  • Learn each customer’s operating processes and help configure the system around their needs
  • Run training sessions both online and in person so teams can use the platform effectively
  • Support onboarding work such as preparation, system configuration, and customer follow-up
  • Provide help during the early adoption phase to ensure a smooth move to the new system
  • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to pass on feedback and strengthen the onboarding journey
  • Take on more ownership of implementation and onboarding projects as you build experience in the role

  • Customers feel guided and supported while adopting the system
  • You contribute ideas that improve onboarding workflows and internal processes
