Role overview
This position leads workplace program planning and service delivery for the APAC region, with responsibility for food, health and performance, and event management experiences. The role carries regional ownership for selected business areas and local country-level execution across all three programs through an extended vendor workforce.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services team is responsible for creating work environments and service experiences that reflect the company’s culture and values. The group manages the spaces, services, and operational details that keep workplaces running smoothly across multiple cities and regions, including healthy and collaborative workspaces, food offerings, transportation support, and fitness services.
Minimum qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience, along with 10 years of background in program management related to workplaces or facilities. Experience should particularly include event management, hospitality, fitness, or corporate services.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in managing scaled commercial operations, including ownership of contracts and oversight of CapEx and OpEx, with the ability to demonstrate ROI and build business cases.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and business teams to adapt workplace programs to regional growth and strategic priorities.
- Track record of improving delivery efficiency and managing regional contracts while conducting business with integrity.
- Capability to run complex, multi-site, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery, including change management and clear stakeholder communication.
- Confidence presenting complex strategies to large audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational execution across multiple sites, vendors, and service lines for events, hospitality, fitness, or food and beverage programs.
- Develop strategic delivery plans that connect global goals with regional expansion and business needs.
- Manage spending within budget across several countries while responding to changing business priorities and ensuring workplace programs deliver measurable value.
- Run high-quality services and experiences through multiple vendor partners within an established governance structure, while adapting operations to local market needs.
- Strengthen relationships with business leaders, reduce operational risk through proactive planning, preserve resilience in a changing environment, maintain ethical business conduct, and stay prepared for regional travel.
