Role overview

MECCA Brands is seeking a motivated Zone Manager to help lead the Cosmetica Takapuna store in New Zealand. This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week and is based onsite in the Devonport-Takapuna area of Auckland.

What the role involves

• Partner with the management team to ensure customers receive a standout in-store experience.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and help drive store performance through clear communication and team development.
• Keep the team engaged and motivated so store KPIs are met and the company’s values are consistently reflected in daily work.

What success in this role looks like

• Background in successfully guiding larger retail teams.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and creating memorable customer moments.
• Confidence in giving constructive feedback, coaching team members, and supporting their growth.
