About the internship

This in-office internship is for an Experience Specialist placed with a client of Anakin at a Samsung Flagship Store in Mumbai. You will be part of a knowledgeable experience team focused on delivering polished, personalized customer service and memorable in-store interactions. The role calls for strong product understanding, confident demonstrations, and the ability to highlight the features and benefits of Samsung products in an engaging way.

What you will do

• Welcome customers professionally, understand their needs, and guide them toward effective solutions while representing the Samsung brand positively.
• Keep your product knowledge current by learning about new launches, features, and updates with support from the in-store training team.
• Use live demonstrations and clear explanations to help customers understand connected living products and services.
• Contribute to sales while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support store operating processes and policies consistently, ensuring a service experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Work closely with teammates to maintain a positive work environment built on dedication, honesty, and mutual support.
• Collaborate to achieve team goals and key performance indicators such as NPS and CSAT, along with other store metrics that may change over time.
• Take responsibility for your own targets and contribute steadily toward the wider team objectives over each review period.
• Follow information shared in huddles and daily procedures and apply them in customer-facing work.
• Assist with in-store events, classes, and launch activities that build brand awareness and create memorable consumer experiences.
• Support cross-functional teams by following all procedures correctly and adhering to Samsung brand standards.
• Conduct interactive and engaging store tours, explaining the experience zones and helping visitors understand the store layout.
• Ensure every customer feels welcomed, comfortable, and informed during their visit.
• Live the role values by staying open-minded, supporting others, taking pride in the brand, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Address issues promptly, follow company rules and processes, and escalate matters to senior management when needed.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, can stay for 3 months, are based in Mumbai, and have the relevant interest and skills for the role.

Additional information

The stipend includes both a fixed component and an incentive component. Fixed pay is ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month, and incentive pay is ₹5,000 to ₹7,500 per month.
