About the internship

This six-month, on-site internship places you in the fast-moving world of creator partnerships and live influencer campaigns. You’ll work alongside one of India’s well-known career-focused influencers and support the daily execution of marketing initiatives that connect brands and creators.

What you’ll do

Partner closely with a leading career-focused influencer on live influencer marketing activities.
Contact influencers and content creators through WhatsApp, social media, and email.
Help onboard creators and build reliable working relationships with them.
Manage campaign schedules, content calendars, approval steps, and publishing timelines.
Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and the overall progress of campaigns.
Assist in the everyday coordination and execution of influencer marketing work.
Work with influencer, marketing, and growth teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Stay updated on market trends and help strengthen brand–creator collaborations.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, are available for the full six-month period, are based in Nagpur, and bring relevant interest and skills to the role.

Requirements

Suitable for students or freshers interested in social media and creator-led work.
Working knowledge of how Instagram and influencer culture operate.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people directly.
Genuine interest in real-world industry exposure.

Stipend

You will receive a monthly stipend in the range of INR 2,000 to INR 5,000.

Growth path over the internship:

Days 1–30: Learn the fundamentals of influencer marketing, practice creator onboarding and direct outreach, and observe live campaigns.
Days 31–60: Work on influencer handling with support, manage smaller collaborations, and improve through feedback.
Days 61–90: Independently manage creators, own smaller campaigns, and discuss the next step or PPO possibility.
