Role Summary

The team is hiring an energetic and detail-focused Recruiter for the Talent Acquisition function. This position supports the early stages of hiring by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, arranging interviews, and helping maintain a smooth and well-coordinated recruitment process for both applicants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run first-round screening conversations to evaluate communication ability, experience, and alignment with the role.
  • Review resumes and short-list profiles according to the hiring criteria.
  • Set up and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the interview flow to keep the process organized and efficient.
  • Share promising candidate profiles with the relevant TA team members or managers.
  • Keep candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records updated accurately.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview timing, status, and feedback.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and expected timelines.

Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Strong verbal and written communication along with good people skills.
  • Solid understanding of resume screening and candidate assessment.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
