Role Overview

WT Gaming is hiring an Account Manager to build durable, trust-based partnerships and manage relationships across a portfolio of online casino clients. The position is suited to someone who understands the iGaming affiliate space and can identify ways to grow client relationships and business opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
  • Hold regular discussions with clients to review campaign and project progress.
  • Handle incoming emails and client requests, then brief internal teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with the project manager and department leads to shape strategies and timelines.
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns and review their effectiveness.
  • Keep accounts on track and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Share timely updates with clients on campaign and project performance.
  • Study key metrics and prepare reports for clients.
  • Check client satisfaction regularly and look for ways to improve it.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and strengthen customer outcomes.
  • Investigate new industries and market segments to expand the client base.
  • Set and manage client expectations clearly and realistically.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Marketing Executive, Customer Success Manager, or in a comparable position within the iGaming industry.
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, present ideas clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Capability to manage several account-related projects at once without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM software will be considered an advantage.
