Role Overview
This position is for an Assistant General Manager in Human Resources based in Chennai. The hiring organization is seeking professionals from the elevator and escalator industry only, with substantial leadership exposure in HR and compliance.
Location
Chennai, India.
Experience Requirement
The role calls for 15 to 20 years of overall experience, with most of that background gained in the elevator sector. Pan-India exposure is also expected.
Education
Candidates should hold an MBA in Human Resources or an MSW degree.
Functional Scope
The role centers on HR leadership with a strong focus on compliance management and statutory adherence. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Compensation
The offered CTC is in the range of 25 to 30 LPA.
