Role overview

The Associate Product Manager will handle the day-to-day operational execution of the seasonal product assortment. Working with direction from Category Product Managers, this role owns product line administration, documentation, and commercial readiness tasks. The position also coordinates physical and digital assets used in product development, presentations, and go-to-market planning, and serves as an internal point of contact for product line information.

Key responsibilities

  • Support new product development by creating new items in systems and maintaining planning tools such as Centric.
  • Coordinate the full range of physical and digital product assets, including prototypes, sales and color samples, renders, images, and supporting collateral.
  • Own the product asset workflow for marketing deliverables by requesting, tracking, preparing, and sending samples to the required teams, regions, and accounts.
  • Manage physical sample inventory both onsite and offsite while ensuring digital files in DAM systems are accurate, tagged correctly, and complete.
  • Drive product-line inputs for go-to-market and commercialization work, including CMF treatments, packaging, and lifestyle/product imagery.
  • Keep cross-functional partners informed on needs, deadlines, and progress while staying aligned to seasonal or program schedules and GTM milestones.
  • Assist Product Managers with market and trend research.
