Role Overview

Eurest is looking to bring on a full-time barista for its Orlando, Florida location at Capital One. The role focuses on preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, supporting food and beverage service, and delivering a friendly customer experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a Friday through Monday schedule. Working hours can differ, and the final details will be shared during the interview.

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is fixed at $16.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Prepare espresso drinks and related beverage or food items using standard recipes and measurements.
• Accurately record orders in the POS system and handle cash as well as card payments.
• Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies while keeping the service area tidy.
• Maintain proper food presentation, portion sizes, and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards.
• Keep equipment, utensils, and service areas clean and orderly.
• Use approved recipes and production standards when preparing menu items.
• Keep display equipment clean and free from debris during service.
• Clean the workstation and equipment thoroughly before moving on to other duties.
• Welcome guests politely, respond professionally, and pass along customer concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Serve customers efficiently and help reduce delays in service lines.
• Understand daily menu offerings and explain them clearly to customers.
• Use selling techniques to help customers make informed choices.
• Present display foods attractively and serve items neatly according to standards.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
