Overview
An immediate opening is available for a Building Inspector role. The position is based in Gansevoort, NY and is intended for a full-time, on-site hire.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must hold a High School Diploma and be a NYS Certified Code Enforcement Official. Practical field experience working as a Code Enforcement Official and Building Inspector is required, along with prior exposure to the construction and building trades.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay will be based on experience. The role comes with a strong benefits package that includes New York State retirement, as well as health, dental, and vision coverage. Reasonable paid time off is also offered.
