Role overview
This position is for a Care Coordinator in Leeds, working full time from the head office. The role reports to the Care Manager and focuses on keeping client visits staffed, bringing in suitable Care & Support Workers, and making sure office processes run smoothly.
The annual salary for this role is £23,809.50.
Main duties
- Handle incoming calls and respond to telephone enquiries.
- Run recruitment and vetting checks for Care & Support Workers.
- Process new client referral details.
- Prepare paperwork and supporting documents for Field Care Supervisors.
- Assign Care & Support Workers to client visits on a permanent basis and make sure every visit is covered.
- Manage Individual Care & Support Agreements.
- Keep client and worker paper files organised and updated.
- Maintain the computer system so records stay current.
- Ensure all client and worker documents and electronic records are accurate and up to date.
- Keep all other operational records current.
- Work closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
- Follow office systems and procedures consistently.
- Support wages preparation and invoice processing.
- Prepare reports and management information when needed.
