Overview
This opportunity is being handled for a partner employer, and that partner will manage the application review and all further hiring steps. The company is seeking a Chat Operator in the United States to support high-volume digital conversations in a fully remote setting.
The role blends online communication, AI-assisted monitoring, and quality control. You will keep an eye on chat activity across large-scale platforms, help maintain a positive and accurate interaction flow, and support the refinement of machine-generated replies. The position is highly structured and best suited to someone who works carefully, follows process consistently, and enjoys detail-oriented analysis.
You will also gain exposure to AI tools and behavioral patterns in digital communication, with your work directly influencing user experience and conversation quality.
Key Accountabilities
- Observe chat activity throughout long daily shifts of 8 or more hours, making sure conversations stay smooth and appropriate.
- Step in occasionally to improve clarity, tone, or the quality of responses when needed.
- Review and analyze interaction patterns between users and conversational agents or companions.
- Evaluate how well AI-supported replies perform, noting where they work well and where they fall short.
- Flag technical problems or content issues in automated responses so they can be improved over time.
- Arrange requests for supporting media, such as images or videos, when that helps meet user interaction needs.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive work for long periods.
- A disciplined, organized, and process-driven work style.
- Comfort with understanding user behavior and basic customer psychology, along with strong empathy.
- Genuine interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn fast and adapt.
- Strong written Russian and a good command of English.
