Описание работы
Role overview
This opportunity is project-based work with a company that pairs subject-matter experts with AI training assignments for major technology clients. The focus is on checking, rating, and helping refine AI systems rather than offering a permanent role.
What the work may include
- Review AI-produced auto insurance claim decisions to verify whether the outcome is correct, the coverage analysis is sound, and the result follows regulatory rules.
- Create first notice of loss (FNOL) scenarios that include conflicting details, misleading documents, and outdated paperwork to test how well an agent handles complexity.
- Draft and score fraud-detection examples using structured reason codes such as late reporting, a recently bought policy, or inconsistent damage details for SIU referral.
- Develop subrogation scenarios based on state negligence frameworks, including comparative and contributory negligence, and judge the chance of recovery.
- Record test cases in a clear way with the right answers, policy references, and payment calculations.
Candidate profile
This project suits professionals with experience in insurance claims, legal work, or broader financial services who are comfortable taking on part-time, non-permanent assignments. A strong background in claims handling or related functions is especially relevant.
Qualification and language requirements
- A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or another closely related subject is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services work is expected.
- Recent or current experience in claims adjustment or a similar function is important.
- Knowledge of auto insurance coverage decisions, state negligence rules, and adjuster authority limits is useful.
- Professional credentials such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are considered a plus, but they are not mandatory if practical experience is strong.
- Strong written English at C1 level or above is required.
- Please submit your CV in English and clearly mention your English proficiency level.
How the engagement works
The process is: apply, complete the qualification steps, join a project, finish assigned tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and not a fixed guarantee of hours.
Compensation
Compensation can reach the equivalent of $60 per hour, depending on your experience level and how quickly you complete the work. Pay may differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and the expertise needed.
Additional notes
Participation is project-based and does not constitute permanent employment.
Compensation varies across projects, and other assignments may pay differently depending on their requirements.
