Class 3 Delivery Driver

About the role

UPS is seeking a Class 3 Delivery Driver in Singapore to handle daily parcel delivery and collection work. Key responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day delivery and pickup of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Complete on-road checks and submit the required shipping paperwork.
• Collect and hand over cash or cheque payments for COD/COP consignments on a daily basis.
• Spot service issues and escalate practical solutions to the immediate supervisor.
• Share sales leads when opportunities are identified.
• Take on additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• A valid Class 3 driving licence is mandatory; Class 4 will be considered an advantage.
• Prior familiarity with Singapore roads is preferred for island-wide deliveries and collections.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and lower packages weighing up to 35 kg from rollers, conveyor systems, and pallets into the vehicle.
• Should be willing to climb stairs when entering and exiting customer premises.
• Secondary education or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Basic spoken and written English is needed to communicate with English-speaking customers.
• Should present well, maintain a courteous attitude, and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Company vans cannot be driven home; must be willing to work additional hours when required.
• The role follows a 5.5-day working week.

Work arrangement

This is a permanent, full-time onsite role based in Singapore.
