Client Service Consultant

About the Role

A prominent EFx/FX aggregator is looking for a Client Service Consultant to become a valuable member of their APAC Team. This position requires direct client interaction, a deep understanding of their technical design solutions, and providing support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Analyze and comprehend client technical design solutions.
• Provide comprehensive assistance to clients during the implementation phase.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
• Familiarity with the FIX Protocol.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
