Role overview

This position carries full responsibility for offline sales and day-to-day operations across fitness centers. The goal is to consistently meet revenue objectives while delivering a reliable and strong customer experience. The role also requires close coordination with central teams to launch initiatives, improve conversions and lead generation, and keep operational execution aligned with standards.

What you will do

  • Own offline sales performance at the center level and work toward regular revenue targets.
  • Partner with the central offline sales team to plan and implement center-level initiatives.
  • Use Excel and other data tracking methods to analyze, present, and review performance information.
  • Conduct routine governance reviews at the business-unit level and drive corrective actions.
  • Support lead generation and conversion efforts through coordination with center operations teams.
  • Ensure strict implementation of the prescribed SOPs across all center activities.
  • Maintain a consistent member experience across both company-run and franchise-operated Cult Gym locations.
  • Address internal and external conflicts or escalations within defined timelines so that operations remain uninterrupted.
  • Carry out audits and spend time on-site to make sure facilities remain fresh, functional, and well maintained.
  • Uphold high standards for center and equipment upkeep by working closely with on-ground and facilities teams.
  • Act as the link between central teams and on-ground teams while rolling out new operating processes smoothly.
  • Ensure staffing needs are met according to the planned team structure for center managers and trainers.
  • Drive ongoing performance management, mentoring, and coaching for team members.
  • Share regular feedback from members and trainers with the appropriate central teams.
