The position is central to a rapidly changing AI and legal technology space, where content plays a major role in shaping how the market perceives the brand and its growth. You will lead the content vision that helps establish the company as a credible voice in legal AI. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy, writing, and people management. You will own content that supports brand building, demand generation, and product marketing, while working across multiple content types such as thought leadership, case studies, product narratives, and executive-level communications. The setting is fast-moving and highly collaborative, so strong editorial instincts and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging are essential.
Key accountabilities
- Set and manage the full content strategy across blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, email, social content, and sales enablement assets.
- Develop the editorial calendar so it stays aligned with product releases, campaign priorities, and demand generation plans.
- Define, strengthen, and maintain a consistent editorial tone that communicates authority, clarity, and brand consistency across all formats.
- Guide, coach, and support writers and contractors by setting direction, giving feedback, and upholding performance expectations.
- Individually draft, edit, and review high-quality content while also overseeing the broader team’s output and quality standards.
- Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to create content that contributes to pipeline growth.
- Track content performance and use insights and data to improve strategy and increase effectiveness.
- Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO-focused content practices to improve visibility in search and AI-driven discovery channels.
- Coordinate content operations, distribution, and repurposing to extend reach and maximize the value of each asset.
- Use AI tools in a thoughtful way to speed up production while protecting editorial quality and brand voice.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial work, or copywriting within B2B SaaS or technology settings.
- A strong writing background with a portfolio that demonstrates polished, high-quality B2B content.
- Proven ownership of content strategy and editorial planning in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading writers, editors, or other content contributors while maintaining high editorial standards.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and modern search behavior, including AEO and GEO concepts.
- Practical experience with AI content tools and the ability to build them into content workflows effectively.
- A data-oriented approach with the ability to evaluate content results and connect them to business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with product marketing, sales, and demand generation teams.
- Excellent communication skills, strong editorial judgment, and close attention to detail.
- Preferred background in legal technology, professional services, or executive ghostwriting, along with familiarity with LinkedIn-led B2B content strategies.
