Creative Director

Role overview

This is a remote, hourly contract assignment for an experienced brand and creative professional. The work focuses on reviewing and quality-checking outputs generated by AI systems, with a strong emphasis on brand judgment, creative standards, and marketing effectiveness.

What you will do

• Assess generative model outputs across brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing collateral for accuracy, visual polish, and strategic soundness.
• Use structured evaluation rubrics to score deliverables such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Spot factual mistakes, design issues, and structural gaps in the materials being reviewed.
• Write feedback that is specific, practical, and professionally expressed so it can be acted on quickly.
• Work on a flexible project basis, with workload shaped by output volume and overall performance.

Candidate profile

• Substantial background in brand strategy, creative direction, or the creation of marketing collateral.
• A portfolio or other evidence of professional work in brand systems, campaigns, or related creative work.
• Strong English fluency, both native-level or professional, with excellent written communication.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• A Master's degree or above is preferred, although hands-on professional expertise is the main requirement.

Compensation and terms

This engagement pays an hourly rate of $80 to $120. Payments are handled weekly through Stripe or Wise. The role is offered on an independent contractor basis.
