About the Role
This position is for a quick, detail-focused Creative Graphic Designer who can translate direction into polished creative assets for eCommerce, paid advertising, and social media. You will partner closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to deliver work efficiently while strengthening visual quality and consistency. The environment is fast-moving, so the ability to work quickly, stay adaptable, and maintain a high standard is important.
You’ll contribute across multiple LAGOM brands, with particular emphasis on WEDAY, the flagship brand centered on premium modular smoking accessories that combine utility, visual appeal, and personal expression.
A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates who do not include one will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine product photos, videos, and banners that can be reused across multiple channels.
- Edit social-first content that matches current platform trends and the brand’s tone of voice.
- Produce and adapt creative for paid media, primarily by repurposing eCommerce, social, and UGC assets.
- Contribute to concept development and production of brand materials such as packaging, brochures, stickers, logos, and other digital assets.
- Develop product-focused illustrations, animations, and layouts for collections, bundles, and limited releases.
- Work from campaign goals, briefs, and moodboards to help execute visuals in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track emerging platform trends and apply them to improve the relevance and quality of output.
- Join brainstorming sessions and help turn creative ideas into finished assets.
- Help preserve brand consistency, organization, and cohesion across channels and asset libraries.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in advertising, social media, influencer marketing, or another fast-paced creative setting.
- Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and/or Figma.
- Solid short-form video editing ability with familiarity in best practices for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Comfort managing several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines and keeping an eye on detail.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Gemini, Runway, or similar platforms for simple renders and early-stage creative ideas.
- Camera and lighting knowledge is a plus, especially for basic product photo and video capture when needed.
- Portfolio submission is required.
