Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and insight-driven Data Analyst to join a fast-moving team in San Antonio, Texas. In this position, you will convert raw information into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the business. The role involves working with large datasets, applying statistical methods, and partnering with teams such as marketing, sales, finance, and product development to uncover trends and improvement opportunities. Strong data visualization and reporting abilities are essential, as you will need to present findings in a way that is useful for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, clean, and verify large datasets to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Study patterns and trends in data to generate practical business recommendations.
• Create and update dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators.
• Work with different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver useful solutions.
• Perform one-off analyses to support business projects and decision-making needs.
• Apply statistical approaches to interpret complex information and build predictive models when needed.
• Share findings clearly through visualizations and presentations for varied audiences.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on ability to use SQL for database queries and data handling.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
• Working knowledge of statistical languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining findings to different stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
