About the Role

Müller's Solutions is hiring a Data Architect to help shape and deliver data architecture that supports the company’s long-term business direction. The position focuses on creating reliable, scalable data structures that improve how information is managed, governed, and used across the organization.

You will work closely with different teams to turn business needs into practical data solutions, improve data quality, and strengthen analytics capabilities. The role also involves introducing better ways of handling data so that processes across departments become more efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and oversee advanced data architecture solutions that support business goals.
• Create and update data models, database structures, and data flow diagrams.
• Partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand data needs and convert them into technical architecture plans.
• Define and apply data governance standards, policies, and recommended practices.
• Review data quality, identify issues, and implement cleansing and accuracy improvements.
• Coordinate data integration across multiple systems to ensure information moves smoothly between platforms.
• Work alongside IT teams to improve database efficiency and storage design.
• Assess emerging technologies and determine how they can strengthen the data architecture.
• Support and coach junior data team members.
• Keep current with developments, trends, and best practices in data architecture and data management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience working as a Data Architect or in a comparable role.
• Strong capability in data modeling and database design.
• Practical experience with ETL workflows and data integration tools.
• Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and industry best practices.
• Good command of SQL and familiarity with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Clear understanding of data security principles and safe data handling methods.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
