Overview

We are looking for an early-career Data Insights Analyst who can turn raw information into useful business intelligence. The right person will enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and using analysis to support better decisions across the business.

What you will do

Gather data from a range of internal and external sources, then clean and prepare it for analysis.
Create reports, dashboards, and charts that make findings easy to understand and act on.
Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve business performance.
Check data for accuracy and help maintain strong standards for data quality and integrity.
Build analytical reports, presentations, and practical recommendations for stakeholders.
Work with teams across the business to understand their needs and define reporting expectations.
Assist with business intelligence work, performance tracking, and ongoing improvement efforts.
Keep clear records of data sources, analysis methods, and reporting workflows.

What we are looking for

Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.
High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Exposure to Excel, SQL, databases, or BI tools is helpful.
Ability to make sense of complex data and explain findings clearly.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well.

This position is a full-time, entry-level/junior role based onsite in Australia.
