Role Overview
This position focuses on dispatch and cross-border trucking operations control, including heavy-weight dispatch and on-road coordination. The role is centered on keeping operational workflows accurate, timely, and aligned with internal procedures and external compliance requirements.
What the Role Involves
- Manage dispatch activities with attention to cross-border trucking operations.
- Coordinate heavy-weight dispatch and support on-road execution.
- Complete assigned processes and procedures within deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant standards.
- Spot exceptions or irregularities as they occur and apply judgment using established rules and processes.
- Escalate complex situations to senior team members when needed.
