About the Role

FPS Distribution Ltd is hiring a Dispatcher to make sure customer orders are picked, prepared, and sent out within the required timeframes so service standards remain high. The role also involves keeping drivers operating efficiently and ensuring they leave with the correct goods on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure customer orders are picked on time and all dispatch deadlines are met by having products ready for shipment.
• Plan and allocate delivery routes so drivers use available resources in the most efficient way.
• Monitor warehouse operations and ensure processes and procedures are followed properly.
• Receive and put away supplier deliveries, and report any missing items or damaged stock to the line manager.
• Support a continuous stock-checking process so inventory is accurately located at all times.
• Help maintain a workplace that is tidy, orderly, and safe.
