Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a dependable Driver to support banquet and catering operations by moving equipment and supplies between hotel properties and event locations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Move banquet and catering materials securely between Hilton properties and event sites.
• Handle the loading and unloading of food, drinks, tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment.
• Make sure deliveries are correct, punctual, and aligned with Hilton’s service standards.
• Work alongside banquet staff to support event setup, teardown, and equipment collection.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and immediately flag any maintenance issues.
• Keep vehicles and storage spaces clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Comply with Hilton procedures, food safety requirements, and local road and transport rules.
• Offer courteous, professional assistance to guests, clients, and colleagues.
• Help manage stock by reporting damaged, missing, or low inventory items.
• Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s hospitality values.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history are required.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, banquet support, or delivery work is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (23 kg) or more.
• Strong communication, planning, and customer service abilities are needed.
• Must be comfortable working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Should be able to perform independently as well as collaborate effectively in a busy environment.
