Role overview

The Compensation Analyst will partner with Europe and MEA compensation leaders to support the EMEA region, while also working closely with the Global Rewards team. This position sits in a fast-moving, complex business environment and calls for strong collaboration with a broad mix of internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Develop compensation suggestions and produce reporting related to analytics, performance management, and compensation administration.
  • Handle administrative coordination for compensation, benefits, and sales compensation within the global EMEA C&B team.
  • Contribute to job banding preparation by reviewing responsibilities, activities, duties, role requirements, and organizational structure.
  • Assist with offer reviews and help build compensation packages for both internal moves and external hires.
  • Support the rollout and day-to-day use of compensation administration systems and the Workday application.
  • Help drive the year-end compensation planning cycle.
  • Work with HR partners and recruiters to resolve compensation-related queries and issues.
  • Support compensation and benefits analytics to generate insights that inform C&B actions.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of compensation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, along with a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage several priorities at once while maintaining strong time management.
  • A detail-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, both spoken and written, for one-on-one and group settings; a very high level of English is required.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation administration systems and the Workday application.
  • Strong Excel capability, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
