Role overview
Join a collaborative engineering organization focused on turning raw data into dependable, scalable systems that help teams make smarter decisions. This position calls for a technically strong and forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead the creation and delivery of high-quality streaming data products that support innovation and business impact across the company.
The data streaming platform underpins core capabilities such as machine learning, real-time alerting, sales and marketing systems, and experimentation. At large scale, the team processes millions of reviews, ad clicks, and tens of thousands of photo uploads every day, with a key focus on keeping data fresh and trustworthy across the ecosystem.
You will manage a growing group of SREs and software engineers, shape the strategy for scalable pipelines, and work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering and business leadership to ensure reliable access to meaningful data.
The right candidate will thrive where architecture, mentorship, and measurable impact intersect. You should care about resilient systems, unlocking the value of data, and delivering engineering solutions that are transparent, sustainable, and built to scale.
This role requires you to be based in the Republic of Ireland. Applications are welcome even if you do not meet every requirement listed.
