Role overview

The Executive Assistant – Golf will act as a dependable partner to the President of TGL and WTGL, delivering senior-level administrative and operational support in a dynamic, rapidly expanding setting. The position centers on managing intricate schedules, handling executive communications, and keeping priority business activities moving smoothly.

While the main focus is supporting the President, the role also includes limited assistance to a small group of other executives, mainly for travel planning and expense coordination. By serving as a coordination hub for internal leaders and outside partners, this position helps streamline decisions, align stakeholders, and support daily operations across both leagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a highly complex and frequently changing calendar, using sound judgment to prioritize meetings and commitments.
• Arrange internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Organize detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, covering itineraries, lodging, and logistics for league events and important engagements.
• Act as a main communication contact for internal teams and external partners, representing the President with clarity and professionalism.
• Monitor important initiatives and ensure action items, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables are completed.
• Draft notes, summaries, and supporting materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions.
• Assist with planning league events, partner meetings, and executive engagements across TGL and WTGL.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with strong discretion and professionalism.
• Look for ways to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide travel and expense coordination for additional executives, accounting for about 20% of the overall role.
• Take on ad hoc projects and priorities as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally at the President, SVP, or C-suite level.
• Background working in uncertain, fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.
• Ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead, and solve problems proactively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
• Preferred exposure to sports, media, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced industries.
• Preferred experience supporting leaders in event-driven or externally facing roles.
• Comfort working across multiple business lines and shifting priorities.
• Successful candidates are proactive, accountable, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Additional information

This role is based in Winter Park, Florida and is full-time, on-site. The support focus is primarily on the President of TGL & WTGL, with roughly 20% of responsibilities dedicated to travel and expense support for additional executives.
