Role overview
We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to take charge of the hotel’s housekeeping function in the Greater Lucknow Area. The position is focused on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and visual presentation across the property while ensuring the department runs efficiently and consistently supports a great guest experience.
In this leadership role, you will handle both day-to-day operations and long-term planning for the housekeeping team. You will be expected to build a strong service culture, motivate the team to perform at a high level, and help create memorable stays through polished, reliable hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all housekeeping activities, including operational systems, budgeting, forecasting, inventory tracking, and rollout of department policies.
- Maintain top standards of cleanliness, service quality, and presentation in guest rooms, common areas, washrooms, offices, and meeting spaces.
- Work with Property Operations and other teams on renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen team performance and retention through coaching, performance management, staff development, and recognition efforts.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety practices, especially around the proper handling and use of cleaning agents and chemicals.
