Role overview

Based in Albury, New South Wales, this permanent role reports to the Factory Manager and forms part of a supportive, safety-first manufacturing team. The position offers the chance to grow with a business that values long-term careers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality goods that meet company standards
• Pick, stack, and move stock as required
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Keep the work area tidy and compliant with WHS and safety procedures
• Contribute to meeting daily output targets while working collaboratively

About you

To succeed in this position, you should bring prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting where safe work practices are followed. You’ll need confidence with machinery, tools, and manual handling, along with a strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work. A dependable, practical, and proactive attitude is important, as is the physical ability to handle manual tasks.
