Role overview

Eureka, a proud business partner of Elders, is looking for a Formulator to join the team in a permanent, full-time position at its Eureka, Western Australia site. This role supports production activity within a specialist environment and offers a chance to develop hands-on capability while contributing to consistent, safe, high-quality output. What you will do

• Measure, prepare, and combine chemical batches in line with instructions, established processes, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Review and follow all relevant safety and quality requirements before starting each production campaign.
• Use measuring instruments and verify readings carefully against batch sheets.
• Support the operation of production machinery such as mixers, mills, extruders, dryers, and coating equipment.
• Work under supervision to help ensure product quality control standards are maintained.
• Accurately complete production and quality records and paperwork.
• Carry out thorough cleaning of equipment and plant at the end of each campaign.

You should be organised, able to plan your work effectively, and comfortable solving problems as they arise. A willingness to learn how to operate measurement equipment and verify batch sheet information is essential.
