The company is hiring a hands-on Global Operations Manager to support and scale a growing business. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, tackles operational complexity with confidence, and can balance strategic planning with practical execution.

As part of the operations team, you will oversee inventory, repair workflows, fulfillment partners, logistics, and process improvement efforts across a global network. This is a player-coach position that combines leadership responsibilities with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory coordination across several functions and locations.
• Manage repair operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners across different regions.
• Serve as the main company contact for third-party fulfillment and service-center partners.
• Track operational performance, define KPIs, prepare reporting, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement global logistics approaches, including both forward and reverse logistics.
• Handle logistics disruptions and customer escalations to protect service commitments.
• Spot and drive improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and overall operational quality.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support business goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment, or a similar area. Success in this role requires the ability to perform well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, along with strong organization, sharp attention to detail, and a structured analytical approach to problem-solving.

You should be self-driven, eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take ownership. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, especially when working with global teams. The role also calls for someone who can juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on results.

Experience with third-party logistics providers, fulfillment centers, or repair operations is highly preferred. A continuous-improvement mindset and a genuine interest in operational excellence will be a strong fit for this position.

The preferred location for this role is the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Occasional domestic and international travel may also be required.
