About the Role
AIQ Space Ventures is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the company’s visual presence across digital, corporate, and print formats. The role involves building polished, on-brand visuals that support marketing, communications, campaigns, and product storytelling.
Brand Identity and Visual Design
- Keep the brand look and feel consistent across all touchpoints while refining it over time.
- Apply brand rules carefully for typography, color usage, icon style, and overall design standards.
- Produce attractive visual assets for both internal communication and external-facing materials.
- Develop creative concepts that support business goals and campaign needs.
Marketing and Social Media Design
- Create engaging visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, website banners, and email campaigns.
- Design static posts, carousel creatives, infographics, promotional content, and campaign graphics.
- Build digital ads suited to marketing platform requirements.
Corporate Communication Design
- Prepare professional pitch decks, investor presentations, corporate decks, company profiles, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and annual reports.
- Turn detailed or technical information into clear, visually appealing communication material.
Website and Digital Assets
- Create banners, landing page graphics, illustrations, icons, and supporting UI visuals for websites and digital products.
- Work with UX/UI designers to maintain a consistent experience across digital assets.
- Adapt graphics for smooth web performance and responsive use.
Creative Campaign Development
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and concept development discussions.
- Build visual directions and campaign themes for launches, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create repeatable design systems and templates to improve turnaround and efficiency.
Print Design
- Design event collateral, exhibition panels, posters, flyers, standees, business cards, merchandise, and packaging-related materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables are ready for print production.
Motion Graphics and Visual Effects
- As a preferred responsibility, create basic motion graphics, animated social content, and short promotional videos.
- Develop GIFs, transitions, logo animations, and simple visual effects for digital campaigns.
Asset Management
- Maintain well-organized design files, templates, and asset libraries.
- Manage version control and keep documentation for creative materials in order.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio covering branding, social campaigns, marketing collateral, presentation design, and both print and digital work.
- Hands-on ability with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Canva at an advanced level.
- Strong foundation in visual design, layout, typography, color theory, composition, branding, information design, and infographic creation.
- Basic illustration ability and understanding of how to design for digital marketing and social media formats.
- Familiarity with content-led design and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Preferred exposure to motion graphics, animation, video editing, 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D, and AI-based creative tools.
- Added advantage if you have worked with B2B companies, technology startups, SaaS, GIS, aerospace, technology, AI, or enterprise products.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Submission of a portfolio is compulsory; applications without one will not be reviewed.
