Overview
F-DESIGN is hiring a detail-focused Graphic Designer to join its Creative & Branding team. The role is based in Athens, Rhodes, or Santorini and involves creating high-end branding and visual communication work for print and digital channels for clients in Greece and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual materials for branding, packaging, advertising, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with content specialists, strategists, and developers to build cohesive creative outcomes.
- Turn creative briefs into refined, effective, and visually strong design solutions.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and early-stage concept development.
- Maintain a consistent visual style, layout quality, and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Prepare files that are ready for production and coordinate with printers or other vendors when required.
- Keep current with new design trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent command of typography, composition, and color use.
- A portfolio that demonstrates branding and visual design capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail along with good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage several deadlines and perform well in a busy, collaborative setting.
- Comfort with AI tools is a plus, especially when integrating them into the design workflow.
