Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver to help keep customers stocked while representing the brand on the road and at the doorstep. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and interacting directly with people.

The position pays an hourly rate of £13.71.

What the role involves

• Loading the van safely and following correct manual handling practices, including handling heavier items.
• Driving in a responsible manner and following all safe driving standards.
• Carrying out van inspections and checks before and during use.
• Making sure groceries are delivered in the condition customers expect.
• Delivering helpful and friendly service as a customer-facing representative.
• Supporting store operations when help is needed.
• Organising your own workload and managing time effectively while working on your own.
• Being available for shift patterns that may fall anywhere between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Who should apply

• You must hold a full driving licence that has been valid for at least 3 years.
• Your licence should have no more than 6 points.
• You should bring a positive, approachable attitude and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
• You need to be reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines.
• A strong understanding of road safety is essential.
