Overview
A leading financial services organization is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a team that operates in a busy, collaborative setting. The position supports day-to-day HR work and broader office coordination while helping the organization maintain efficient processes and accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Help manage everyday HR tasks such as coordinating hiring activities, onboarding new employees, and handling offboarding steps.
- Provide support for employee benefits administration, payroll-related tasks, and general HR questions from staff.
- Keep employee files and HRIS information current, accurate, and handled with discretion.
- Arrange interviews, training sessions, HR meetings, and related calendar coordination.
- Assist with office support activities, including ordering supplies, liaising with vendors, and keeping the workplace organized.
- Prepare internal reports, maintain documentation, and work with Excel and SharePoint for data handling.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR support, workplace operations, or office administration within a corporate setting.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Prior exposure to HRIS systems is preferred, with BambooHR considered an advantage.
- Clear and effective written as well as spoken communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
- A self-starter who adapts quickly and is comfortable learning in a fast-moving environment.
