Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

Spacewood Furnishers Private Limited is looking for an HR intern to support core people-operations work in its Nagpur office. The company is a well-established modular furniture brand with a strong design-led approach, large-scale manufacturing facilities, and a presence across multiple Indian cities.

What you will do

• Help with hiring activities such as finding candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules through different recruitment platforms.
• Support the onboarding flow by assisting with induction activities and completing documentation for new employees.
• Keep employee information organized and accurate, and update HR records using MS Excel.
• Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives, office events, team activities, and feedback-driven culture programs.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, and are available for a 6-month duration. Applicants should also have relevant skills and genuine interest in HR work.

Additional requirements

• Qualification required: MBA in HR, batch 2024 to 2026.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel is expected.
• The candidate should be ready to join immediately.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 12,000 to 15,000.
