Role overview
This position is focused on improving and supporting HR digital tools so that people processes run smoothly, data remains reliable, and systems stay aligned with the company’s wider digital transformation goals. The job centers on HRIS administration, automation, and ongoing service enhancement.
HR systems and digital platforms
You will manage and strengthen HR technology platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors, keeping them accurate and functional. The role includes configuring systems, testing changes, rolling out new modules and features, and making sure HR applications work well with other business systems.
Digital transformation and process improvement
A key part of the job is supporting HR digitization and automation initiatives. You will identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes, implement technology-based solutions, and contribute to the planning and delivery of the HR digital transformation roadmap.
Data management and reporting
The role requires strong control over HR data quality, governance, and integrity. You will build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools that help with workforce planning and informed decision-making.
Stakeholder and vendor coordination
You will serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and outside vendors by gathering business needs and converting them into workable system solutions. The role also includes training users and providing support to HR teams.
Governance and compliance
HR systems must follow internal policies, privacy requirements, and governance standards. You will also maintain proper documentation for configurations, workflows, processes, and control measures.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar discipline is required. The role calls for 5 to 8 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, or digital transformation, along with strong hands-on experience in SAP, SuccessFactors, or comparable platforms.
Skills and competencies
The ideal candidate should understand HR processes and the broader HRIS environment, be comfortable working with data, and have experience supporting digital projects and system implementations. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, stakeholder handling, and communication skills are also important.
