Inside Sales Executive

Role overview

This position focuses on assisting customers over phone, email, and chat while supporting the sales team in day-to-day coordination and target achievement. The role is based in Bengaluru and is suitable for fresh graduates, with no prior work experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and professional support to customers through calls, emails, or chat channels.
• Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and offer suitable resolutions within a reasonable turnaround time.
• Keep client interaction details updated and organized in CRM tools.
• Work closely with team members to help meet sales goals and raise overall team output.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication ability in Hindi.
• Comfortable handling non-voice support work such as email-based assistance and chat communication.
• Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with MS Office software.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience is not necessary.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory, and candidates without previous experience may apply.

Compensation

The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,50,000.
