Role Overview
This opening is for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative who will focus on lead generation, prospect engagement, and booking meetings for the broader sales team. The position is well suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people, works well toward targets, and wants to develop a career in B2B SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a large number of outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify promising leads through cold calling and prospecting efforts.
- Learn customer needs and present suitable Sciative solutions.
- Arrange product demos and meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Update the CRM accurately with call notes, follow-ups, and lead progress.
- Work within the company’s sales process and meet daily outreach goals.
- Respond to early objections and continue nurturing prospects through follow-up activity.
- Coordinate with the sales team to strengthen lead generation and conversion performance.
- Keep up to date with product updates, industry movements, and market trends.
