A globally recognised advanced manufacturing company is looking for a detail-focused Inventory Coordinator to support its Supply Chain function in a busy, high-performance environment. This role is based in Mt Wellington, Auckland, and offers a permanent full-time position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday.

What you will do

  • Accept and process incoming deliveries
  • Sort received stock, complete receipting, and store items in the correct locations
  • Keep inventory records accurate within ERP systems

  • Carry out daily cycle counts
  • Move parts and production kits to internal teams as needed
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse and uphold 5S standards
  • Work with production, operations, and supply chain colleagues to meet deadlines
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
