Role Overview
Abbey Capital is looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual to join its Investor Relations team in Dublin. This function serves as the main contact point for investor questions and requests, and the successful candidate will help maintain a high standard of service across all investor interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support communication and engagement with current and prospective investors to deliver a polished and consistent investor experience.
- Handle investor queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the administrator on matters related to investor services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure investor reports and related deliverables are produced and delivered on schedule.
- Prepare investor due diligence documentation to a consistently high standard.
- Assist in preparing for investor meetings, including agendas, internal notes, and supporting materials.
- Attend and contribute to investor meetings and track follow-up actions through to completion.
- Take part in projects that involve multiple teams across the business.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing position.
- A third-level qualification.
- Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
- Good organisational ability, including planning, prioritising, multitasking, and knowing when to ask for support.
- Independent, self-driven working style.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively across teams and contributing to group projects.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
