Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive and goal-focused Recruitment Specialist for our talent acquisition team in Kochi, Kerala. This position involves handling hiring activities end to end for several roles across different industries, with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and conduct first-round HR conversations to assess fit.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases updated and organized.
- Create and publish job postings across relevant hiring platforms.
- Stay in touch with candidates and manage follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support a smooth and positive candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is needed.
- Practical experience using Naukri Resdex and Nvite for candidate sourcing is expected.
- Good verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles at the same time is important.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools or ATS platforms is required.
