Pilot Flying J is seeking a Janitorial Maintenance team member in Monroe, MI. This position plays a key part in keeping the travel center clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest, from professional drivers to commuters and vacation travelers. Responsibilities

• Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
• Clean showers and restroom areas.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for shower facilities.
• Handle routine repair and maintenance tasks around the store.
• Collect and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver friendly guest service through well-kept facilities.

Requirements

• Self-driven and highly motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with others.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day standing or walking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to resolve small maintenance issues is preferred.
