About the Role
ASCON, an ERP solutions provider serving businesses across the Gulf, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support its growth in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. This position is fully remote and suited to someone who enjoys B2B outreach, technology-driven sales, and building a consistent pipeline for the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and engage decision-makers within target sectors such as construction, pharmaceuticals, car rentals, and retail.
- Create, organize, and maintain qualified prospect lists using outreach and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and Hunter.
- Assess incoming leads and arrange discovery calls for the sales team.
- Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure leads are transferred smoothly and efficiently.
- Log activity and progress in the Jira-based CRM and work toward monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Background in ERP, SaaS, or CRM sales is preferred.
- Strong command of English.
- Familiarity with the GCC market, particularly Saudi Arabia.
- Independent, proactive, and committed to strong day-to-day execution.

This is a remote role based on the Saudi Arabian market. The company offers a flexible work arrangement and a performance-linked commission model, with the possibility of moving into a full-time arrangement. ASCON has over 35 years of experience and operates in 7 countries.
