Lead Production Planner

What you will do

This position is a planning-focused role supporting maintenance operations in Riyadh, specifically for metro lines L4, L5, and L6. You will help ensure that maintenance goals and contract commitments are met while supporting the smooth execution of critical daily operations.

• Coordinate with OCC, FAMM, and the maintenance team to keep activities aligned.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work and support their execution.
• Make sure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved so project KPIs are met.
• Review finished tasks and confirm records in the CMMS.
• Create, update, and maintain a detailed weekly schedule of work orders.

What we are looking for

The role is suited to someone who brings strong planning capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style. Experience is welcomed, but attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance processes.
• Understanding of KPI tracking and performance review in maintenance environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across functions and stakeholders.
• Background or familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination in supply chain or manufacturing settings.
• Leadership qualities to serve as a connector between teams.
• Analytical thinking and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
