Role Overview

Brainlab is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join its Talent Management team in Munich. The role is for someone who can shape people development proactively, combining empathy, structure, and strong conceptual thinking to support employee and leadership growth. The position is available in either full-time or part-time format.

What You Will Do

  • Build and refine scalable people development frameworks and processes.
  • Advance the performance and development approach, including objectives systems such as OKRs, feedback routines, calibration, and support for managers in performance conversations.
  • Lead learning and development projects from initial concept through implementation, including operational and administrative follow-through.
  • Create, coordinate, and run soft-skills programs, leadership coaching, and team development sessions.
  • Work with external coaches, consultants, and training vendors to ensure quality and alignment with internal standards.
  • Assess training outcomes and improve programs using feedback and data.
  • Help implement and further develop HR tools and systems such as LMS, talent management, and feedback platforms.
  • Administer employee surveys and translate findings into practical development actions.
  • Improve people development processes so they support KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Advise leaders and employees on learning and development matters as a trusted partner.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration with an HR emphasis, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management, preferably in an international corporate or mid-sized organization.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and rolling out scalable talent and development solutions.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting change in complex environments.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and strong hands-on execution.
  • Practical experience with HR systems, LMS solutions, and data-informed people development.
  • Coaching and facilitation capability; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
  • High accountability, business understanding, and strong communication skills.
